Description

Reduced dimension board (25.4 x 44 mm), designed for deployment of ACS71X line of Allegro Microsystems Hall-effect current sensors, SOIC8 formats for currents from 5 to 30 A. The connection diagram (see datasheet) is shown on the Datasheet. Current exchange is performed through a triple B3AZ (16 A each) terminal block, and the board uses two-sided copper surfaces for adequate conduction. Typical components used are Cfi = 0.01uF, Cp = 0.1uF (Ceramic disk PTH, 50V), for ACS713-30A. Sensors require + 5Vcc regulated power (+3.3 Vcc in ACS759), and signal and power lines are accessed through a 4 pin , 100 mil SIP4 connector (J_out in diagram).
